How do I track my order?

Once an order is placed, we will email over a tracking number. We ship through FedEx. 1 and 2 day shipping are also available.

Absolutely. Our jewelry is as genuine as our family is! 

 

What if I really like the setting on one ring, but setting on another? 

 

Not a problem! Any piece you want can be custom created to your liking.

 

What is Rhodium?

 

Rhodium is part of the platinum family, and it is what we put over white gold once a piece polished in order to ensure a bright white finish. 

 

 

 

Do you provide watch repair and battery replacement services?

 

Yes we do!

 

Are you able to do watch repairs and battery replacements while I wait?

On average, a watch battery can be done while you wait. However, it depends on the type of repair and the volume of business we have at the time you come in

 

Do you buy gold other precious metals?

 

Yes we do! Buying price depends on weight and market price.
